Return & Refund Policy

At Madeleine Moment Candle Co., each item is carefully crafted to bring warmth and comfort into your home. Because our products are handmade, we ask that you review your order carefully before purchasing.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@madeleinemomentcandleco.ca with your order number and a photo of the item. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
